4. Installation Advice
To avoid incurring third-party costs (such as plumber, electrician, or builder fees), do not schedule installation until you have received, unpacked, and inspected all Products for damage or missing parts. All Products should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with relevant UK standards and building regulations.
5. Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
5.1 Cancellation Right: As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2 Cancellation Period: The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) physically take possession of the Products. If an order is delivered in multiple consignments, the period ends 14 days after physical receipt of the final consignment.

5.4 Refunds: If you cancel a Contract in full during the cooling-off period, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges. 8.1 Pricing & VAT: All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Depending on customer eligibility and account type, flexible payment options are offered via third-party providers:

Third-party financing options (including Klarna and iwocaPay) are subject to separate terms, conditions, age eligibility, and affordability checks by the respective providers. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may adversely affect your credit score.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes or claims arising in connection with these Terms or the sale of Products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
