These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SANICA Finland website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
2. Orders and Acceptance
An order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is accepted.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment must be made at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed for B2B customers.
4. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, Klarna, and MobilePay. B2B customers may be eligible for invoice payment with approved credit terms.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return products for a refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
