Delivery is free on every order to eligible UK mainland postcodes. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.
How We Deliver
Radiators, towel rails, valves and bathroom products, delivered free to eligible UK mainland postcodes
Baths and panel radiators, delivered free to the postcode areas listed below — kerbside when they come on a pallet
Free Delivery on Every Order
Standard delivery is free on all orders to eligible UK mainland postcodes. There is no minimum order value, and the delivery charge at checkout is always £0.00.
Where We Deliver
Free delivery covers eligible UK mainland postcodes, with these limits:
- Radiators, towel rails, valves and bathroom products: eligible postcodes across UK mainland.
- Baths and panel radiators: postcode areas AL, CB, CM, CO, E, EN, HA, IG, IP, LU, MK, N, NW, RM, SG, SS, UB and WD only. Checkout tells you straight away if your postcode is outside these areas.
- We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or offshore UK islands.
Dispatch Confirmation
When your order leaves our warehouse we email you a Dispatch Confirmation. Where the carrier provides a tracking number, it is included in that email. For pallet deliveries we contact you to agree a delivery date.
Pallet Deliveries (Kerbside Only)
Heavy or large items such as baths and panel radiators may be delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only, to the nearest accessible point on firm ground at the delivery address; moving the goods into your property is your responsibility. Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery on the agreed date — if nobody is, redelivery charges may apply (Terms & Conditions, section 7.4).
